Car Flip & 675 Dead Attempt - May 19, 2007
Not only did I just buy a kickass new video camera to film training sessions and contests but I also just converted video from a car flip medley I did at a contest back in 2006.
Not a super great training session... I just felt off. I missed my first ever attempt at 675. Tried twice, same result.
Pictures of flipping cars is cool. Videos of flipping cars is cooler.

Bro!!! Do you realize that was more of a straight leg deadlift or Romanian deadlift!!! That's all back and some hamstrings!
