Fit Expo Update - February 16, 2007

First event of the day was the MetRx Farmers Carry. Each athlete had to carry farmers implements, weighing 335 lbs in each hand up and back a 20 meter course in under 60 seconds with no drops allowed. At the conclusion of the first event, Wisconsin native Sam McMahon walked away with top honors.
