This Week in Strongman: 6/15 - 6/17 - June 14, 2007

This Saturday is a great day if you're a fan of strongman. There is a ton of activity across the country to sink your teeth into if you are in or around any of these towns in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Missouri, Ohio, or North Carolina. From the looks of it, most of these events are going to be hotly contested by a good number of athletes in each place, so it will be interesting to see how all of it shakes out.

The biggest contest of the weekend, though, is the World's Strongest Man Super Series event going down at Muscle Beach in Venice Beach, CA. The competitors at this event are vying for spots in the next World's Strongest Man Competition. It's going to be AWESOME.

The roster of competitors at this event is a Who's Who of the Professional Strongman world. If you are in the L.A. area this weekend and you can go, I strongly urge you to check it out.
